Martha Tilyard

During the first year of our leadership program we found it challenging to get those in the class to mingle and engage one another. The second year of the program we made some changes. We hired Martha Tilyard to survey the graduates and the incoming class and then had her present our first session on “Communications and Team Building” followed by a networking reception with ice breaker activities. Martha’s impact was immediately noticeable and made all the difference! The new class was instantly talking, sharing and getting to know one another due to the survey discussion and team building activities. The reception was lively without being forced; and that’s saying a lot for our group! Sharing the graduate’s survey results with the other presenters in the program continued to produce exceptional results for our new class. Martha’s involvement is crucial to each class building lasting relationships with each other as well as learning skills they can take back to the office and utilize daily. In short, we can’t imagine not having Martha involved in this important program!
